Well,yesterday we changed our plans up a little and decided to drive a couple extra hours so that today wouldn't be as long on us. We got to Springfield Missouri at 1:30am last night. We were so tired. We drove about 8 hours yesterday and we r driving at least 12 today. We are on our way to Albuquerque New Mexico.
We just passed a nuclear power plant in Springfield. I didn't realize it til it was too late or I would have taken a picture. We will be driving thru Joplin Missouri in about an hour. I'm curious to see how much progress they have made rebuilding after the tornadoes they had a few months ago. I will try to take pics and post. We will also be stopping at the Oklahoma City Memorial and then we will stop at the second largest cross in the western hemisphere in Groom Texas.
All in all so far has definitely been an adventure in patience. I can say that I do not have as much as I'd like and by the time we are back home at the end of the month I may not have any at all. LOL ;)
